RELAX AND RELATE

When you arrive for your retreat at Canalside Inn, our first goal is for you to relax. This retreat is a vacation for your mind, body, and spirit. On day one you will also learn begin to meet the other retreat members, and relate to their journeys through life.

DECOMPRESS AND DISCOVER

On day two, through our workshops and other experience based sessions, you will find yourself decompressing and letting go of your everyday worries and stressors. You will also begin the process of discovering what makes you the way you are, and what is holding you back in your life.

CARE AND CONNECT

On day three, you will develop a deep care for your attention to your overall wellbeing, and how you go about your life. You will also form a connection between your mind body and spirit, while simultaneously bonding and connecting with those around you.

REJUVENATE AND REPLENISH

On day four, your relationship with who you are is rejuvenated and replenished. You will begin to feel spiritually lighter, and brighter. This is where you truly feel yourself  Transforming into your best self.

LIVE AND LEAD

On day five of your retreat, you will depart with the tools to live a truly whole and Authentic life. You will lead yourself on this new path, and proceed to inspire and lead others towards sustained leadership and well-being.
