Enjoy the mind and body practice of Yoga. Delight in expansive postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Classes are taught on the beach, as you watch dolphins swim and the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean.
Beginner yoga: For guests being introduced to yoga, we offer classes that teach basic postures with a focus on breathing and mindfulness. Enjoy seated and restorative poses (nourish), and savasana (rest) as a gentle guide to the foundations of yoga.
Flow Yoga: For guests who practice yoga often we offer a Vinyasa class that mindfully connects breath and movement into an uninterrupted flow. Challenge yourself both physically and mentally to help build strength, flexibility and balance.
