Dogs are not permitted on Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk between May 1st and September 30th annually. Dogs are not permitted on beach or boardwalk between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Dogs are Permitted in Dewey Beach before 9 a.m. and after 5 p.m. with purchase of dog permit. Dogs are permitted in Cape Henlopen state park and Gordon’s Pond at all times, while using a leash.
