An innkeeper manages an inn or bed and breakfast. The innkeeper will greet guests, answer phone calls, reply to emails, and make sure that all aspects of the guest’s stay are satisfactory. The innkeeper might also have marketing duties online, over the phone, and in person. Duties may include, check-in/check-out, European Style breakfast prep, using a computer-based on-line reservation system, phone Q&A, laundry, and guest relations. We are looking for an Innkeeper with the knowledge, leadership & professional experience to deliver 5-star service. An energetic, long-term, reliable person who possess natural talents to lead a small team and capture the style & spirit of our property.
